Position Overview:
The Procurement Analyst will play a critical role in enhancing PI's business development and service delivery. If you are passionate about market intelligence, forecasting, compliance, and business development, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessment, research, and analysis to identify bid opportunities and support PI team initiatives.

Manage and ensure compliance with bench contracts, blanket purchase orders, and other contracting vehicles.

Participate in project delivery, managing contract compliance, schedules, and action items.

Monitor public sector solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs) and utilize online resources for market intelligence.

Maintain and update internal site registrations with public agencies.

Prioritize business pursuits in alignment with PI goals across advisory and transaction services.

Support knowledge management and internal communications for business development efforts.

Engage in effective communication with internal stakeholders to ensure clear and timely project progression.


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, public policy, English, or a related field (preferred).

1-3 years of relevant work experience, with a preference for research or procurement experience.

Knowledge of commercial real estate is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and business acumen, including excellent written and verbal communication.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with Adobe InDesign (preferred).
