Description

We are seeking an administrative Program Assistant who can support our Training and Technical Services team empower energy efficiency and building professionals to implement clean energy solutions.

Our ideal Program Assistant has the skills needed to support a dynamic team deliver high-quality training and technical services throughout Wisconsin. We need your attention to detail and organization skills to support information processing, data tracking and material development and maintenance. Through implementation of program processes, you will help to elevate our impact, inclusion, development, and mission goals. Show us your ability to learn quickly and how you collaborate. This position requires someone located in the Madison, WI area or who lives within a reasonable commuting distance of the Madison office. You will also need to be available to travel to the Madison office weekly and throughout the state of Wisconsin up to 3 days a month.

We're Looking for Someone Who Can:

  • Support processes and activities to ensure client satisfaction, exceptional service, and program success.

  • Support scheduling of inspector site visits

  • Actively support workshops and meeting preparation, implementation, and closeout activities including, but not limited to, registration tracking, confirmation notices, material formatting, printing materials, compile supplies, on-site support, attendance and exam tracking, and summarizing evaluations.

  • Compile, organize, and complete all monthly and/or summary reports and spreadsheets as assigned.

  • Perform complex clerical operations, formatting, and processing documents, and performing other office operations where considerable knowledge of the organization and program is required.

Qualifications

We Need Someone Who Has:

  • A minimum of three years work experience, preferably doing office administrative tasks

  • A high school diploma or equivalent

  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office products (primarily Word and Excel)

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as a key member of the team

  • Keen attention to detail
